MAPPING

ROOF AND FAÇADE

INSPECTIONS

Traditional roof and façade inspections tend to be time consuming, costly and often times difficult and dangerous to complete. When utilizing drone technology as an alternative, the need for lifts, ladders, and swing stages is significantly reduced and the result is a safer, faster and far more economical alternative to gathering data.

While executing a roof or façade inspection, a drone will fly approximately 7 to 10 feet from the surface. It will scan the surface, taking images in regular intervals. If a condition is identified, additional photos from different angles are taken to confirm the severity of the condition is identified.
After the inspection is complete, images are organized, categorized, and securely delivered in the preferred format and desired location.

THERMAL

INSPECTIONS

In combination, the DJI Matrice 210 drone and the Zenmus XT Thermal Imaging Platform captures precise thermotropic data. This data can help identify heat, moisture, mold-potential, and more. The Zenmux XT Thermal Imaging Camera by DJI and FLIR provides high resolution, industry standard infrared imaging. This reduces liability and accelerates project time frame, as standing on roofs or walking around buildings with a thermal gun is not necessary. The Zenmux XT Thermal Imaging Platform provides extensive thermal data even in those hard to reach places.

AERIAL MAPPING

INSPECTIONS

Our drones connect to many GPS satellites while in flight, providing precise positioning of the drone at all times, which allows us to fly designated, pre-planned routes while taking in-flight images that can be used to gain valuable data. These images are translated into orthophotographic maps, which can be used to calculate distance, area, and much more. Using drone aerial mapping, we can gather important real-time information about a site, roof, or field in minutes that can aid in creating CAD drawings, elevation maps, or agriculture information.
